Recreational Trampolining

Jump into The Gymnastics Academy’s trampolining classes; designed for children aged 3-18 years old. With trampolining lessons available 7 days a week, during evenings and weekends, there are plenty of opportunities to progress through our carefully crafted curriculum. Whether your child is just starting out or has previous trampoline experience, we are sure we have the perfect class for you.

The Gymnastics Academy’s focus is on developing children's strength, balance, flexibility, and agility, providing a strong foundation for their future sporting success.  Our beginners trampolining lessons are ideal for those totally new to the sport, with a focus on achieving badges 1-3, emphasising learning essential skills including; shaped jumps, seat landings and 10 skill routines. 

Second stage classes build upon this foundation whilst improving physical abilities and confidence. In our intermediate and advanced classes your child will work towards higher level badges, these classes are ideal for kids who are ready to take their skills to the next level, adding complexity by incorporating single and double somersaults with and without twist. Our gymnastics clubs in Leeds have state-of-the-art facilities include foam pits, ensuring that each athlete can develop complex skills in a safe environment.

The Gymnastics Academy’s comprehensive class curriculum is designed to help students develop their trampolining skills and achieve their goals. Our badges include all skills required to pass the GCSE PE trampolining course too! For those who are passionate about trampolining and want to compete, we have a competition squad that provides additional training and opportunities to participate in competitions.

No matter what your child's skill level or goals are, our trampoline classes offer a fun and supportive environment that helps them develop their builds self-esteem, promotes teamwork, and improves concentration.
