What do you work on in your lessons?

Our classes work towards our award winning curriculum in which the members achieve badges, medals & certificates. Members can also participate in Intra-club competitions.

What age can children start from?

Parent and child classes are  suitable for ages 4 months- 3 years old.

We also have evening and weekend classes suitable for children aged 3-16 years old.

How long are the classes?

Parent and toddler classes are 45 minutes in duration. 

Classes for children aged 3+ are one hour

Do you offer sibling discount?

we offer a 20% Sibling Discount on monthly lesson fees for siblings who are members of The Gymnastics Academy.

There will be no discount on the first child and there will be 20% discount on all subsuqent children, subject to our terms and conditions

If I book now when will my classes start?

Your classes will begin either immediately or on your chosen start date. To view your upcoming lessons, simply open our app, "The Gymnastics Academy", and navigate to the "Coming Up" section on the dashboard.

How do I download the mobile phone app?

Please visit the app store or the google play store and search for “The Gymnastics Academy”

My child is cannot attend for a while, what should I do?

Steps to Report an Absence:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the "Account" section.
  2. Click on your child's name to access their profile.
  3. Select the "Future Absence" option.

Next Steps:

  1. When prompted, choose "By date" to create the absence.
  2. Indicate whether the absence spans multiple days by selecting "Yes" or "No."
  3. Specify the exact date or date range for the absence.
  4. Add a comment explaining the reason for your child's absence.
Can I pause my membership?

Every member is entitled to pause their membership for 4 weeks per calendar year.

What is a make up token?

At The Gymnastics Academy, we strive to ensure your child receives 52 lessons each year. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will provide you with a "make-up token."

How It Works:

  1. A make-up token is automatically issued when you notify us through the app that you will be missing a class.
  2. The token will appear in your app under your account.
  3. You can redeem this token to book a replacement class of the same type, free of charge.

When you're ready to attend the replacement class, simply open the app, find the make-up token, and book your session. This ensures you never miss out on the value of your lessons.

How do I find and use my make up tokens?

Follow these straightforward instructions to schedule additional lessons through our mobile app, "The Gymnastics Academy":

Step 1:

 Login to our mobile phone app.

Step 2:

Navigate to the "Account" section and click on your child's name. Once there, select "Makeups."

Step 3:

Click on "Request" to initiate the makeup lesson process.

Step 4:

Choose the date for the additional lesson. The available dates will be prominently displayed at the top of the calendar.

Step 5:

From the drop-down menu, select the class you'd like your child to attend.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly schedule extra lessons for your child, providing them with more opportunities to thrive in gymnastics.

Yes, we offer free trials in all of our classes

Can I watch my children’s lessons?

Yes all of our venues have a parents viewing area.

When is the academy closed?

Our classes run 52 weeks per year.

We only close 24,25,26 December

How much are the insurance fees?

For all pay monthly subscriptions and pay termly subscriptions there is an annual insurance charge to pay which shall be £19.99 when you first book, this will cover you until 1st September of the same year, and then you will pay £49.99 per person per year on 1st September each year.

I want to make a complaint

Do we have to attend the same classes each week?

Each member is guaranteed a priority space in their preferred weekly class. However, if you're unable to attend your regular class on a particular week, we offer the flexibility to swap to another session. Simply reach out to us via call, text, or WhatsApp at 07700 139979, and we’ll assist you in arranging a class swap.

I want to change my child’s lessons, How do I do this?

To easily transfer your child to a different class, follow these simple steps using our app:

  1. Open the app and tap on the "Account" tab located at the bottom center.
  2. Select your child's name to view their details, then click on "Enrolments."
  3. In the enrolments section, tap on "Transfer."
  4. Browse the list of available classes and select the one you’d like your child to attend.

How can I sign up to classes?

No we are privately insured through Aviva.

What should my child wear?

Short and a T-shirt or leggings and a top will be fine. Please ensure all piercings are taken out or taped up.

Do you do gymnastics birthday parties?

Yes we do parties for groups of 5-50 children.

There is a party package builder on the website so please feel free to add and remove options to find the perfect match for you

Is parking available?

Yes, All of our sites have parking directly in front of the venue.

I have Booked a holiday camp and I and trying to add another day but I am unable to do so as it says im already enrolled.
